Frequently Asked Questions —
Clear, transparent answers regarding automobile acquisition, bank asset loans, JEVIC verification, and logbook transfers.
What official documentation is required to finalize a purchase?
For individual buyers, you will require your original Kenyan National ID or valid International Passport, alongside your KRA PIN certificate. For registered businesses and corporations, we require the Certificate of Incorporation, recent CR12 form, and corporate KRA PIN. Our operations desk executes all NTSA TIMS logbook transfer steps on your behalf.
How does asset financing operate, and what is the maximum debt percentage?
We partner directly with NCBA, Stanbic, Equity, and KCB to provide up to 80% asset financing. You only need to remit a 20% down payment deposit. Repayment terms span 24 to 60 months with competitive interest rates.
How do you verify that vehicle mileage has not been rolled back?
We strictly maintain a zero-tampering policy. Every imported vehicle from Japan or the United Kingdom is backed by an authentic JEVIC or QISJ pre-export inspection certificate, alongside original auction sheets detailing authentic odometer readings and auction grade.
Do you facilitate vehicle trade-ins for existing units?
Yes. You can trade in your existing vehicle. Provide specifications and photographs on our Trade-In portal or bring it to our showroom for a physical appraisal. The agreed valuation is credited directly toward your next vehicle purchase.
Can you deliver a purchased vehicle outside Nairobi?
Yes, we provide fully insured vehicle flatbed and carrier transport across all 47 counties in Kenya including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and Nanyuki.
